Karen Vanessa Blackman Sunrise 1971-03-03 Sunset 2023-10-11 Karen Vanessa Blackman Nee Alleyne was the only child of her mother, the late Alita Alleyne. After leaving school at the end of her formative years, at the age of 18yrs, she was taken to the U.S.A by her childhood sweetheart Errol Blackman where she resided until her passing. This somewhat broke her mother's heart as she did not want to part with her beloved daughter Karen. Nonetheless she overcame that and would always travel to the U.S.A to spend time with her. Karen and Errol eventually became man and wife. For the last 27 years they lived like two peas in a pod and would stick close to each other regardless of the circumstance. Their union produced one son- Javon who is the apple of their eye. During her working years in the U.S.A Karen made many, many friends who not only saw her as a true friend but also as a confidant and mother figure. She was privileged to see her first grand- child who she truly loved and adored. Her sudden passing has left a void in our lives which can never be filled. Karen we loved you in life and will continually love you in death. God has a greater plan for you. Sleep on and take your rest. We love you dearly. God loved you best. Until we meet again- so long goodbye. Dear wife, mother, grandma. niece, cousin and friend.
