John "Jack" Plunkett Lundergan II of Selbyville, Del. Formerly of Freeport on March 4, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family after a hard fought 17 month battle with ALS. Graduated Freeport High School in 1967, where he played football, lacrosse, and wrestled. Former Coach of the Freeport High School Lacrosse Team, Retired Freeport Police Officer, Past President of Freeport PBA. Founder and first Director Freeport Athletic League. Past President of Freeport Chamber of Commerce. Beloved husband of Kathleen (Rogan). Devoted father of Ryan (Alison), Maureen (Daniel) Kaminski, Megan, and Kevin. Loving grandfather of Avery, and Charlotte. Dear brother of Donald (Lois), and Robert (Grace). Family will receive friends on Tuesday March 10th from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM.
